All products presented on our website are handmade in our atelier. Each piece is individually brought to life, and no 2 pieces will be exactly the same through small details especially “HAND-DYED” pieces. Any features our products will contain that might seem unusual to you is well bespoken by our team and is part of the products development.

If products shows any unusual distressing, fading or aging to itself, be mindful that it could be part of the products personality and not actual defects if stated the same in the products description.

REFUND / EXCHANGE will only be agreed upon after carefully reviewing the item by detailed pictures provided by the client if the item shows any signs of damage / defect that is not tolerated by our standard.
The Client should provide pictures and information about the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving it otherwise, a REFUND / EXCHANGE case won’t be opened by JORJA STUDIOS®. If select item isn’t available in stock for EXCHANGE, then only REFUND will be accessible for the case.

Be mindful that all products are presented with measurement chart and size guide at products description.

The client should resend the item within 48 hours after EXCHANGE is agreed upon in its original packaging: Dust bag, pouch bag, hangtags and all the documents that were included within the original package sent by JORJA STUDIOS®.

JORJA STUDIOS® doesn’t accept order cancellations.

JORJA STUDIOS® only allows clients to modify the order information within 2 hours of placing it, only including changing the size of the product or delivery address.

Celebrating our first release ”LOST MEMORIAL” we will offer FREE SHIPPING on the full collection.

All shipping prices on our website include handling and customs fees and you will not be charged other duties.

Items marked as “Ready to ship” can take up to 7 business days of processing to be shipped.

Items marked as “Preorder” can take up to 12 weeks to be shipped if not stated otherwise.

Custom order timings will be discussed via email, as times will vary by products development stages.

All products are shipped from Tbilisi, Georgia.

Incase an item was marked as delivered but the client hasn’t received it, please reach out to the carrier to resolve the issue. Even though we are out of control of handling this situation, kindly also reach out to us and we will try our best to help you with this case.

In case of stating the wrong delivery address while placing the order, JORJA STUDIOS® isn’t responsible for the package after it has been shipped, otherwise it has been returned to us, where you will have to pay additional SHIPPING & HANDLING fees + 15% of the original price if you would like the item to be resent to you again.

JORJA STUDIOS® isn’t responsible for shipment delays due to weather conditions or other international logistic situations.

JORJA STUDIOS® only accepts orders in EURO.

JORJA STUDIOS® accepts the following payment methods.

For custom or special orders, JORJA STUDIOS® only accepts BANK TRANSFER as payment method.

JORJA STUDIOS® does not pass on any information to third parties.
